Arctic Blast.

Oh my. The Laurel Hedge usually stands up strait. . .

I've worked non-stop for 10 days. Phone would not stop ringing again and again. Never ending ringing. I promised myself I would never write about work or other people's lives. However, with the worst winter storm in 40 years and one friend getting engaged and another having a baby I just had to break my rules.

I will most likely be working in Canada for three months. Change and opportunity excite me. Hmm, change. 2009 will be full of change in many lives. Babies, spouses and a new president. Congratulations to everyone. 2009 will be an amazing year.

Best wishes for all. . .

Eartha Kitt

Brilliant! May she rest in Peace. Click on the clip of Eartha below singing "I Want to Be Evil". This should have been my theme song in the early to mid '90's. I was such a good Christian boy, who turned into a bad Agnostic Boy for about 10 years. I am now a mix of both. Back in my club days we used to dance to a song by her in which I cannot remember the name of. Anyone out there who can give me the title of the song let me know. What I remember most was the meowing. . . After some research I now know she was Catwoman on the last season of the TV series Batman. . .

This cracks me up.

I am a fan of Madonna. Check out this video of Ross meeting Madonna. I love it.

Home

When I think of home
I think of a place where there's love overflowing
I wish I was home
I wish I was back there with the things I been knowing

Wind that makes the tall trees bend into leaning
Suddenly the snowflakes that fall have a meaning
Sprinklin' the scene, makes it all clean

Maybe there's a chance for me to go back there
Now that I have some direction
It would sure be nice to be back home
Where there's love and affection
And just maybe I can convince time to slow up
Giving me enough time in my life to grow up
Time be my friend, let me start again

Suddenly my world has changed it's face
But I still know where I'm going
I have had my mind spun around in space
And yet I've watched it growing

If you're list'ning God
Please don't make it hard to know
If we should believe in the things that we see
Tell us, should we run away
Should we try and stay
Or would it be better just to let things be?

Living here, in this brand new world
Might be a fantasy
But it taught me to love
So it's real, real to me

And I've learned
That we must look inside our hearts
To find a world full of love
